I have noproblem with these cables and can recommend them. This item is as pictured, one of Belkin's PRO Series style of CAT 5e cableproducts, which includes the strain relief pictured. Notice these part ##end in -S, designating strain relief as part of the manufacture.
This cable is only rated up to 100 Mbits/s (Category 5). The description is incorrect.
No such problems with Belkins. My previous cables were difficult to remove and the tabs on them would snap off. The cable themselves are very resilent and can stand up to being stepped on or pinched under doorways. Great cables at a great price. Very easy to plug in and remove.
This products works as advertised and I was able to purchase it from Amazon for much less than it would have cost me at my local office superstore.
